One day interactive workshop. Animal Activities Licensing (AAL) regulations were enacted on 1st October 2018. The following businesses are required to hold at minimum a nationally accredited Level 2 qualification such as this at the point of new or renewed licensing: –

- Animal Exhibits
Attendees need to hold a level 2 qualification in animal-related area, such as: –
- Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care
- Level 2 Technical Certificate in Animal Care
- Level 2 Diploma in Work-based Animal Care
- Level 2 Diploma in Equine Care
- Level 2 Diploma in Agriculture
- Level 2 Certificate of Technical Competence in Animal Health, Husbandry and Handling

Certification on course completion
The certificate requires participation in a theory and practical workshop. Knowledge will be assessed through homework prior to the assessment day, oral questioning and practical observation.
