Word of Mouth
We all know how important personal recommendations are. Most of our customers come to us through word of mouth. Many of our customers send us letters or cards to thank us for the services we provide, some simply provide a quote for us to use. All correspondence is most appreciated and reminds us that all the hard work is all worthwhile. Although we've editted out personal information, here's a selection of what people have said (just click on each image to get a larger version). More letters and cards are available at our reception for your consideration.
If you'd like to add your own comment here you can send us an email. To protect privacy, we will assume that emails received via other links are not for reproduction here. Unless explicitly stated, we will not publish your email address, website address or postal address. Relevant, inoffensive, email comments will normally be added to the site as soon as we've stopped playing with the animals.
Enjoy...

I was worried about going to kennels as I have never been before but after seeing your website I like the look of it. I would like to ask if I have to choose from all that food or can I have it all ... I am a labrador after all.
Just wondering if there is a gym and sauna for me to use!

Hi to you all at Heavenlyz. I loved your web site and I know how hard you work looking after all them animals. My dog BERTIE has stayed with you three times now. He always wags his tail when he comes to you, And looks so well when he comes home. With the food menu I am not suprised I think I will stay as well next time with him.

Excellant web sit. Most informative and interesting.
Ebbie loves your kennels and always looks good when she comes out. Just like to thank you for your flexibilty in taking Ebbie at short notice in January. It was greatly appreciated. On line booking system would be great and give you the information, quicker and in "harder" copy than over the phone.

To all our lovely fans at Heavenlyz.
As you know, we are frequent guests at your lovely establishment. We love coming for a break from our pack, who lead somewhat mundane lives if the gossip from other canine guests in the kennals is anything to go by.
We come and spend our entire time yapping and gossiping to the other guests. Day and night, if you pass by Heavenlyz, you are bound to hear us yapping! Our bald pack leader keeps muttering something about his regret at not buying a goldfish instead. We dont care. Everyone loves us!
Much love,
Eric and Gambit (the jack russell brothers)

Hi Liza,
What a brilliant website, informative and appealing.
I especially like the rehoming and rehomed page to show the successes to encourage others.
See you later. Rebecca
P.S The loading of the pages is VERY slow, sometimes more than 10 minutes per page.

Hi folks!
Just been looking at your website - fantastic! Looking forward to being able to look at the photo's of animals up for adoption. Also checked out the cattery services you offer and I'm sure my two would absolutely love it.. in fact I'd be quite tempted to join them!! Aptly named cattery as it really does sound like kitty heaven.
Best of luck in re-homing Goblin and Pixie, I have forwarded the details to a friend wanting a kitten to join his family home and I'm pretty sure he'd be happy to take two. I've asked him to keep me posted.
Anyway, congratulations on an informative web site.. I hope you get many more visitors.
Cheers, Louisa. xx (for the cats & dogs).

The information is good but I am having difficulty reading yellow and red text on the blue background. It is not a s easy to read as it might be.

Feedback as requested:
Navigation is intuitive and therefore works well
The level of information is good
Typeface is perhaps a little small; sans serif fonts might be easier to read
Like use of frames for the links at the side
BUT: I really think that an on-line booking form would enhance your site. I know that people can e-mail you, but by using a form you can ensure that all relevant info is provided, in a standardised format, thus avoiding a paper chase. Would allow for an integrated booking and billing system, too.
