Hello, I'm Liza Cox. I studied veterinary nursing at the Rodbaston College of Agriculture. I've proudly owned and managed Heavenlyz since 1998 and have been actively involved in professional animal welfare for 10 years before that.
Every year since 1998, Heavenlyz Animal hotel has provided the highest standards of care in a homely and loving environment. In that short space of time, we've had the honour to serve over 4000 clients and their animals. We hope that because we specialise, we've made many new friends and from what we've been told, although we're not the biggest, we're certainly considered the best.

Heavenlyz gets busier every year. Please, please, please book as early as you possibly can to avoid disappointment - perhaps at the same time you book your holiday. Heavenlyz takes bookings months in advance and, though exceptions do occur, we are usually fully booked up at least one month in advance.
Although Heavenlyz has entered the Internet age, our aim of getting an online booking system still needs some careful forethought. So, the quickest, best way to contact us is by the telephone number above, especially if you want to get your booking in before anybody else. Our Office hours are 10am to 2pm.
We get many emails, but we can't guarantee replying to all of them and those that we do may not be replied to immediately.
