The Grooming Salon
Heavenlyz established in 1998 and has been serving customers from both the local area and nationally ever since with quality, caring, grooming services.
We are a professional team working within a safe and relaxed environment. Owners are encouraged to accompany their pet for their first consultation. Liza will be able to show you correct grooming techniques, show you correct pain free handling and help you select the correct grooming tools to allow you to continue at home. All products demonstrated are available to be purchased in our reception or via our Online Shop.

Liza is a qualified tutor/assessor in Animal Grooming as well as holding a NVQ level 3 certificate in Dog grooming. Liza is known as one of the few UK speciality cat groomers, and nationally regarded by many official bodies.
Heavenlyz support team all hold at least a NVQ level 2 in Animal Care.
We hold specific dog and cat days, if we are holding one of our cats grooming days, there will be no dogs sharing the same environment.
We also operate an appointment only system, this ensures no cat or dog is waiting around the salon and cats are seen to on arrival, thus reducing any stress.
Our cat grooming service is a speciality. We do not require the need for sedation or anaesthesia, we simply relax, use safety equipment and tools and as quickly as possible carry out our groom technique, Liza always works with one if not two assistants, to increase safety all round.
On the rare occasions that Liza cannot groom your cat, she will assist you in finding alternative help, usually your veterinary surgeon.
We only use quality products for your pet during their time with us, namely John Paul pet products. All products are formulated to ensure they are the correct ph level specifically for dogs and cats. Even better, they have been made completely free from testing on animals. All of the products used within our salon are available to be purchased from our reception or online shop.

Tariff
Please note that the above are a guide line to our grooming services. We will give you an accurate price once Liza has assessed the work required, pricing increase depends on whether: -
- Liza requires an assistant to help gently hold in the case for all cats and nervous dogs.
- Coats and very matted and/or tangled
- The animal does not visit our salon regularly
- The animal has been previously sedated under the advice of the owner's veterinary surgeon.
Grooms requiring two people are based on a minimum of £40.00 per hour.
