Prices are 'Per Day' or part day, subject to a minimum of 2 days and include VAT.
A 10% discount applies for all stays greater than 28 calendar days.

Cancellations Charges
A minimum cancellation administration fee of £15.00 applies. Charges are as follows:| More than 14 days in advance of arrival date | Minimum fee of £15.00 |
| 7 - 14 days in advance of arrival date | Minimum fee or 25% or the original bill (whichever is the highest) |
| 3 - 6 days in advance of arrival date | Minimum fee of 50% or the original bill (whichever is the highest) |
| 1 - 3 days in advance of arrival date | Minimum fee of 75% or the original bill (whichever is the highest) |
| On the arrival date | Full payment retained |
Other Charges
These are some of the miscellaneous things we charge for:| MEDICATION | Animals requiring oral (e.g. tables) or topical (e.g. ointments), non controlled medication are treated at £2.50 per day. |
| TRAVEL | Any animal requiring veterinary treatment will incur a travel expense of £20.00. Some travel requires a 'travel companion', charged at £12.00 per hour in normal working hours (8am - 5pm) £24.00 per hour outside normal working hours. |
| SERVICES OUTSIDE NORMAL OPENING HOURS | On normal working days, Saturdays & Sundays, you can choose to visit us outside our normal opening hours for £30.00 only. On all national holidays or days that we are normally closed you can do the same for £60.00. N.B. This service must be pre-arranged. Entry may be refused where we have no record of customers requesting this service. |
